• Inaccurate or incomplete information
• Service interruptions or unavailability

• Third-party services or integrations

The platform may contain links to third-party websites and services. Rapala is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of these external sites. Your use of third-party services is governed by their terms and privacy policies.

8. Account Termination

Rapala reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for:

• Violation of these terms
• Illegal or harmful activity
• Harassment or abuse
• Repeated policy violations
• Inactivity or account security concerns

Upon termination, your right to use the service immediately ceases. Your data may be retained for legal, compliance, or operational purposes.

9. Data Privacy

The Rapala Fishing platform may include features related to safety and emergency awareness (such as weather alerts, water condition indicators, or location sharing). These features are provided for informational and supplementary purposes only and are NOT a substitute for professional emergency services, proper safety equipment, or sound personal judgment. Always call 911 or your local emergency number in an emergency. We do not guarantee the availability, accuracy, or timeliness of any emergency-related features and accept no liability for their use or failure.

13. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario for any disputes arising from these terms. In accordance with Douez v. Facebook, mandatory arbitration clauses are not imposed on Canadian users.

14. Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
